Imgur Adds GIF Making Service
Imgur has added a new service that allows you to quickly make an animated GIF from a video clip online. Just type in the link, select the starting point an duration, and you’ve got yourself ammo for the Twitter argument you’re having.
Sometimes your output will be an actual .gif file. Other times its a .gifv file, a project format that converts, compresses, and displays videos at a much better rate.
